The meeting rooms are located in the domaine du Haut-Carré which dominates the campus of the University of Bordeaux, owner of the site.

The symposium will take place in the Agora: an amphitheater of 350 seats illuminated by the stained glasses of the French master glassmaker Gabriel Loire.

The Forum will take place in the Salle des Actes used for meetings of the Presidency of the Bordeaux University. It is located near the Agora.

Poster presentation  will be done in the gallery of the former convent and allows to arrange the posters around a convent cloister.
